With more than a decade of experience, she is known for turning deep inner work into practical, lasting change. Her multidimensional approach combines nutrition, biohacking, somatic healing, breathwork, nervous system work and energy practices into a clear and effective methodology that has helped thousands of women reconnect with their bodies, heal their relationship with food and step into genuine self-worth.
